The basics
These terms apply to purchases from photiprints.com. By placing an order you agree to them. Products sold on Etsy or Amazon follow those marketplaces' own terms as well.
Made to order
Every item is printed after you order it. Production takes about 2 to 5 business days, then the order ships from the US. Delivery estimates and holiday order-by dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Prices and shipping
Prices are in US dollars. Shipping and any sales tax are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. We ship to US addresses.
Returns and replacements
Because each item is printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or a different size. Please check the size chart at checkout. If an item arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a free replacement. You do not need to send the item back.
Colors and photos
Product photos show the design as closely as we can, but screens vary and some photos are styled. Printed colors and shirt colors may differ slightly from what you see on screen.
Orders we may cancel
We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, if the price or details were listed in error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you are refunded in full.
Our designs
All PhotiPrints designs, text and photos are owned by PhotiPrints. PhotiPrints is a registered trademark. You may not copy or resell our designs.
Limits
Our responsibility for any order is limited to replacing the item or refunding what you paid for it.
