Who we are
PhotiPrints sells printed apparel at photiprints.com. Orders placed through this site are checked out, printed and shipped through our production partner, Printify. Questions about this policy can be sent through our contact page.
What we collect
When you place an order, the checkout collects your name, email, phone number, shipping address and payment details. Payment details are handled by the checkout's payment processor; we never see or store your full card number. If you use our contact form, we keep your name, email, order number and message so we can reply. When you browse, Google Analytics records pages viewed, device and browser type and approximate location, using cookies.
How we use it
To make and ship your order, send order and shipping updates, answer your questions, handle replacements, and understand which pages and products people use so we can improve the shop. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the companies needed to run the shop: Printify and its print and shipping partners (to make and deliver your order), the payment processor, Google (analytics) and our website host. Each receives only what it needs for that job.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics cookies to measure site traffic. You can block cookies in your browser settings or use Google's opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The site still works without them. We do not respond differently to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting, tax and warranty purposes. Contact messages are kept until the question is resolved and for a reasonable time afterward.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we must keep by law. California residents have these rights under California law. Send the request through our contact page and we will respond within 45 days.
Children
We sell kids and baby clothing to adults. The site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
